L2 Schism: Territory of Aden

Each faction war won near a town captures it. Owners shop 10% cheaper there; the other faction pays 5% more, and that tax goes to the owners' war fighters every Monday. Every Sunday one castle (in turn) is besieged: the winners hold it, and its town, for the week.
